Shipping & Delivery: Due to the custom nature of the majority of apparel provided in athletechs Storefronts, production times may take up to ten (10) business days.
All shipments are completed using UPS Ground.
Apparel vendors may also offer in-store pick up with may be used to save on shipping if the apparel provider is local.
Privacy & Security: All transactions are encrypted using SSL encryption.
Returns & Replacements: Due to the custom nature of the majority of apparel provided in athletechs Storefronts, returns and replacements may be granted only in cases of manufacturer defects. Requests for refunds and replacements much be received via email at support@athletechs.com within seven (7) business days after receipt of product.
